Terms of Service & Warranty

1. 1-Year Official Electrical & Pump Warranty

All newly installed Water Clinic residential reverse osmosis systems (including the flagship Axtron 6-Stage Mineral RO) include a comprehensive 1-Year Official Warranty covering:

• High-pressure booster pump motor and head.
• 24V/36V DC electrical power adapter (SMPS).
• Auto-shutoff valve (ASV) and low/high-pressure safety switches.
• Automated flush solenoid valves and wiring.

* Consumable filter cartridges (sediment, carbon, post-carbon) and reverse osmosis membranes naturally deplete based on incoming raw water TDS and are excluded from the pump/electrical warranty.

2. Doorstep Installation & Free TDS Testing

Our certified technicians provide professional doorstep installation across Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Before and after installation, our technicians perform a scientific TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) test using calibrated digital meters to verify that purified drinking water meets international WHO standards (50–150 PPM balanced minerals).

3. Filter Replacement & Maintenance Schedule

To maintain 99%+ membrane filtration efficiency, customers must adhere to recommended service cycles:

• Stages 1–3 (Pre-Filters): Replace every 3 to 6 months depending on tap water turbidity.
• Stage 4 (0.0001µ RO Membrane): Inspect every 12 to 24 months based on raw water TDS.
• Stages 5–6 (Post Carbon & Mineralizer): Replace annually for sweet, crisp mountain spring taste.

4. Commercial Plant Agreements

Commercial and industrial turnkey reverse osmosis plants (500 GPD to 2-Ton/hr) are governed by specific project contracts detailing vessel capacities, sand/carbon media quantities, membrane specifications, and scheduled maintenance service level agreements (SLAs).
